Virtusa Corporation is a global information technology Services Company founded in Sri Lanka and headquartered at Westborough, Massachusetts, USA. The company provides IT Consulting, Business Consulting, Systems Implementation and Application Outsourcing services to large enterprises and software vendors. The Virtusa Test Pattern and Selection Process is given further.
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
- Written Exam
- Technical Interview
- Group Discussion
- HR Interview
- 65 percent throughout (Class X, XII, Graduation).
- Education gap of not more than one year.
Pattern of Written Exam:

- Technical section consists of questions from the areas like OS, C language, JAVA, Computer Organization, Networks, etc.
- Programming section consists of 1 program based question, wherein the students are given an option to code in JAVA
Overall the level of the paper is moderate. Only those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next round.
